Mrs. LaBelle has been teaching for twelve years, ten of those years as an elementary music teacher in the Highline District, where she also taught beginning band and orchestra. She loves learning new instruments, but her favorite instruments are mandolin and harp. She is looking forward to teaching in a Catholic school, leading school mass, singing with kids of all ages, playing lots of instruments, dancing, and having a joyful time with St. Bernadette students. She's very excited to teach PE this year and help create fit, healthy kids!
Mrs. LaBelle graduated from high school in Anchorage, Alaska and has a Batchelors of Arts in Education from Eastern Washington University.
Outside of school, Mrs. LaBelle enjoys rock climbing, running, gardening, reading, and sewing. She attends Holy Rosary Parish with her husband, daughter, and grandmother.
