Application Process

Families who currently have children attending our school are given priority in admission of new students. Registered and contributing members of St. Bernadette Parish are next in priority, followed by Catholic applicants of non-parish families, and finally to non-Catholic families.

Applications may be submitted online at any time. Applications are found HERE. The application fee of $25 is paid before submitting the application.

Preschool Applicants: 2-1/2 years of age on or before August 31 for entrance into Preschool

1. Applicant must be 2-1/2 years old by August 31 of the desired school year.
2. Applicant must be fully potty trained
3. Submit an online application, including $25 fee.
4. Schedule a visit with the school.
5. Registration is complete when student has completed Finalsite enrollment process.

Pre-Kindergarten Applicants:

1. Applicant must be 4 years old by August 31 of the desired school year.
2. Applicant must be fully potty trained
3. Submit an online application, including $25 fee.
4. Schedule a visit to the school.
5. Registration is complete when student has completed Finalsite enrollment process.

Kindergarten Applicants:

1. Applicant must be 5 years old by August 31 of the desired school year.
2. Submit an online application, including $25 fee.
3. Schedule a visit to school.
4. Registration is complete when student has completed Finalsite enrollment process.

First – Eighth Grade Applicants:

1. Schedule a visit and submit an online application, including $25 fee
2. Submit school records from prior school(s) within a week of application.
3. When openings are available after our April re-enrollment deadline, we will contact you to arrange a family interview.
4. Notification of admission will be within one week of the interview.
5. Registration is complete when student has completed Finalsite enrollment process.
