Ms. Fenner grew up in Renton and began her career in childcare first as a nanny, then moved into teaching preschool and pre-K in two separate childcare facilities.

She was hired at St. Bernadette in 2007 by principal Joe Budde to begin working in Extended Day as a part time aide. In 2010 she was offered the Extended Day Director position and happily accepted that job where she stayed until 2017.

In 2018 St. Bernadette opened the ELC program and Ms. Fenner was moved into the Preschool Lead Teacher position where she put her 20 plus years of STARS training and childcare background to good use. She was then promoted to the ELC Supervisor while still teaching and training new staff and worked in that capacity until 2022. Currently Ms. Fenner has moved into the Administrative Assistant role and is enjoying all the busy activity the office has to offer. She still works as the ELC supervisor, fills in where needed in the school, and is very happy in our St. Bernadette community.

Outside of work, Ms. Fenner enjoys spending time with her dog, Kiba, loves to cook, and spend time with friends in Sequim. She loves being outdoors, kayaking, beach views, and fresh air!
